Fix My Appointment is a technology platform connecting patients with clinics and doctors. We facilitate discovery, booking, records and prescriptions — we do not provide medical advice or treatment.
Clinics warrant that submitted registration information, documents and declarations are true and correct, that listed doctors hold valid registrations, and that consultation fees shown are accurate.
Patients agree to provide accurate details when booking, attend or cancel appointments responsibly, and use prescriptions only as directed by the prescribing doctor.
We may verify, approve, suspend or remove any clinic, doctor or account that fails verification, misuses the platform, or breaches these terms.
The clinic registration charge is displayed at signup and may be reduced to zero by valid coupon codes during promotional periods. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by Razorpay.
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for medical outcomes, doctor availability, or losses arising from clinic-patient interactions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
