Practical answers about running a clinic on Fix My Appointment. Can't find what you need? Contact our team.
Fix My Appointment is clinic management software for Indian clinics and small hospitals. It handles online appointment booking, patient check-in with session-wise serial numbers, doctor and staff management, digital prescriptions, and patient records — in one place, without asking a doctor to become an IT manager.
Registration takes a few minutes. You enter your clinic details, verify your email and mobile with an OTP, and add your doctors and their consulting sessions. Your clinic gets a Clinic Code and a public booking page immediately after verification, so patients can start booking the same day.
No. Fix My Appointment runs in any modern browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. It also installs as a Progressive Web App, so reception staff can add it to a home screen and open it like a normal app without going through an app store.
Yes. Every clinic starts on a free 30-day trial with full access and an allowance of 500 patient visits. No card is required to start the trial. See the pricing page for what happens after.
Patients find your clinic through your public booking page or the doctor finder, choose a doctor and a consulting session, and book. They receive a confirmation with an Appointment ID, a QR code and a serial number. Reception can scan that QR code at the desk instead of typing an ID.
Serial numbers are issued per doctor, per day, per session. A doctor's evening session starts again at number 1 rather than continuing the morning's count, which is how most Indian clinics actually run their queues.
Yes. Reception can create an appointment for a walk-in patient from the clinic dashboard using just a mobile number. That patient record stays scoped to your clinic.
Yes. A doctor's email is their permanent identity across the network, so the same doctor can be attached to several clinics while each clinic only ever sees its own appointments and patients.
Yes. Doctors write prescriptions in the app and the system generates a formatted PDF with the clinic's branding, the medicines table, and a QR code that can be scanned to verify the prescription is genuine. Patients can download it from their dashboard at any time.
Yes. Clinic isolation is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. An appointment's clinic is derived from the doctor record rather than from anything the browser sends, so one clinic cannot read or write another clinic's patient data.
After the free 30-day trial, plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees. Every plan includes unlimited doctors and unlimited staff — you are billed on patient visits per month, not on how many people work at your clinic. Current plan prices are on the pricing page.
Yes. Every subscription payment generates a document automatically and emails it to the clinic as a PDF. Where GST applies it is issued as a proper Tax Invoice with the taxable value and CGST + SGST or IGST shown separately, determined by comparing your clinic's registered state with ours. Past invoices can be re-downloaded any time from the Billing section.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Billing section of your clinic dashboard. You keep full access for the rest of the period you have already paid for. Full terms are in our cancellation and refunds policy.
Payments are processed by Razorpay, so cards, UPI, net banking and wallets all work. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region, so patient data stays within India. Access is controlled per role — clinic owner, clinic staff, doctor and patient each see only what their role permits, enforced on the server.
Email support is included on every plan, including during the free trial. Write to support@fixmyappointment.com and our team will get back to you.
